The Alumni Network -Diktio- of the School of German Language & Literature of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki was created in 2020 on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the School.

The Network's primary goal is to maintain connections between graduates after graduation. Especially in current circumstances due to the Covid-19 pandemic and prevailing economic uncertainty, we believe that such an initiative is essential for communication, information, exchange of professional experiences, joint action, and mutual support. 

Through the Network, communication bridges are created between undergraduate and postgraduate students and graduates to facilitate the exchange of experiences and knowledge, which are helpful in their academic and professional careers.

The Alumni Network also records the mobility and employment of the graduates of the School to provide beneficial networking for all and sundry.

The Network organizes career events that frame the interests of both graduates and students of our School, records the anxieties of the current job market, and proposes solutions to the problems of our multifaceted branch.

Through this website, you can be informed about the actions and events of the Alumni Network and contact us by sending suggestions on how you would like to help the Network and any personal requests you may have. Remember, proposals are gladly accepted!

We are asking all of you to participate in the Alumni Network's events and suggest new activities that will bring us closer and help our School in its effort to promote knowledge and its connection with society.
